ALUMINUM COLUMN MOLDS

In this type of formwork system, the formwork element that will form one side of the column face is designed as a single piece. Thanks to the special design of the mold element, which is prepared as a single piece surface, min. 280mm x 280mm with max. The desired mold size can be created between 680mm x 680mm. These dimensions can be enlarged even more with special designs. In order to keep the system standing, the formwork elements placed on four surfaces are fixed with L-shaped tie-rot shafts and tie-rot nuts and are only supported by the strut system. With the special working area on it, it is possible to work safely and easily during concrete pouring and vibration. It is a useful and ergonomic system that does not take up much space to store.

STEEL BOARD MOLD SYSTEMS

It is a formwork system that can be installed at the desired width and height, used by creating wedged and locked panel molds in various sizes. It is a fast and easy system to transport and set up. Panels brought together vertically and horizontally are interlocked with locked or wedged system parts. Curtain belt, tierot shaft and nut are used to prevent the molds from opening and scattering with the pressure of the poured concrete and to keep the formwork system rigidly standing. After the concrete strength is fully achieved, the connection parts are removed and the formwork systems are made free and removable.

ROUND COLUMN MOLDS

They are steel molds produced for the purpose of making all kinds of circular cross-section reinforced concrete columns. Formwork system for full circle section is formed from two parts. They can be manufactured in desired sections and heights. Standard mold height is 1.00m. The desired height is obtained by placing the pieces on top of each other. Mold assembly is done with ductile cast iron locks or with or without holes in the wedges. The system is supported by adjustable struts. Installation and disassembly is fast, easy and simple to use.
